Emma is a marine biologist and ocean conservationist with a particular interest in sharks, skates and rays and the impacts of anthropogenic activities on the marine environment.

 

She has contributed to a range of marine projects around the world and is currently studying for a Master of Research degree at Newcastle University. Emma is also a PADI Divemaster and is working to improve her freediving skills as a non-invasive method to collect data on free swimming animals such as Blue Sharks.
